Pirlo: I want to stay at Milan

Urawa Reds v AC Milan --- FIFA Club World Cup 2007 Semi Final

Andrea Pirlo insists he is happy at AC Milan and will not leave the San Siro this summer.

The AC Milan midfielder has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea ever since the arrival of former Rossoneri coach Carlo Ancelotti to the London club last month.

The Italian international, who is under contract with AC Milan until June 2011, said in an interview with Corriere dello Sport: "I am staying at Milan.

"I have experienced other similar situations in the past, where there have been been rumours about me in the press but then nothing happened.

"Reading the press and being mentioned in the transfer market speculation doesn't give me any particular feelings.

"I am calm, I have a contract with Milan and I want to stay."
