Kolo Toure has agreed on a contract with Man City and is now travelling to Manchester to have his medical.
Toure is set to join the Sky Blues after the two clubs agreed to a transfer fee in the region of £15million for the stopper.
The Ivory Coast star signed with Arsenal in 2002 with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger paying a small fee to bring him in from the Ivory Coast.
Toure will now have his medical, which is seen as a formality, before the deal can be made official.
Skysports.com has reported that Toure has a verbal agreement for a four-year contract with the Sky Blues and the transfer is set to be sealed in 24 hours.
