Iniesta: I want to retire at Barca

Barcelona's star playmaker Andres Iniesta has quashed transfer speculation by stating he wants to retire with the Catalan giants.

Iniesta reiterated his desire to stay with Barca for his entire career after Italian media reports had him involved in a swap deal with Inter's Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

When asked about the possibility of moving if an offer from Inter was forthcoming the midfield schemer told Spanish daily El Mundo Deportivo "I am pretty much relaxed and happy here."

"I can see myself winning titles with Barca and I don't think much of the rest."

Iniesta has consistantly claimed he wants to stay with Barcelona for his entire career, but that did not stop gossip from starting afresh again this summer.

However, after Iniesta's crucial role in Barcelona winning the treble this year, there is little doubt that the man who Wayne Rooney called ‘the best player in the world' will remain at the Nou Camp.
