Tevez will be staying in Manchester

Carlos Tevez proposed move to Manchester City has intensified after his daughter was enrolled in a school near the area.

According to The Sun, Tevez has enrolled his four-year-old daughter Florencia in a private school in Cheshire.

The Argentine has rejected the chance to stay at Manchester United and has been linked to moves to Chelsea and Man City.

But as the British tabloid reported, Tevez's move to enroll his child into a school nearby - school term starts in September - signals his intentions to stay in the North West.

Man City will offer the 25-year-old around £160,000-a-week.

Tevez's is not out of contract at United until Tuesday, when his two-year loan spell ends.
