Zenit St. Petersburg Submit Bid For Fenerbahce Striker Daniel Guiza

Zenit St. Petersburg have reportedly offered Fenerbahce €10 million as well as Fatih Tekke to sign Daniel Guiza.

The Spanish striker moved to Turkey last summer but has struggled to make an impact, scoring just a handful of times for his new club.

Despite his short comings recently though, Sport Express report that Zenit want to sign him and they have made an offer to Fenerbahce.

Much like Guiza, Tekke has failed to make a significant impact with Zenit, scoring 19 times in 59 appearances for the Russian side.

He has also found himself out of the starting eleven lately and after four seasons at the club, is expected to leave soon.

Reportedly the two clubs have been negotiating the deal for the last two weeks and Fenerbahce are willing to accept the terms.

It is not yet known when an agreement could be reached but it is thought that it could be soon, ending Guiza's short spell in Turkey.

For Zenit now seems to be a time to rebuild after selling both Andrey Arshavin and Anatoli Timoschuk, and also losing Danny to long-term injury
