Bari midfielder Stefano Guberti is said to be on the radar of AS Roma, according to the player’s agent.
The Italian midfielder has been tipped to join the Giallorossi this summer after impressing many with his role in helping Bari secure promotion to Serie A.
Claudio De Nicola, Guberti's agent, admits the Bari man has been approached by Roma, but says there is also interest from Juventus and Fiorentina.
"I think Roma are pushing to present something interesting to the player," De Nicola told Radio Radio.
"Guberti has done plenty in these months. Ten goals as a midfielder, and he has expressed his qualities under [coach] Antonio Conte."
"Roma are interested in the player and they will have to make a decision as I also have meetings with Juventus and Fiorentina. I will also meet Roma directors to discuss the player with them this week."
With his agent trying to ensure his man makes the step-up by joining a big club, Roma will have to work quickly for secure Guberti's services.
Italian reports have claimed that Guberti is expected to meet with them later this week to discuss a possible move.
