Muntari to spurs!

Tottenham Hotspur are reported to have made an offer for Inter Milanmidfielder Sulley Muntari but, according to the player's agent Fabien Piveteau, the Milan side have turned down the offer for their midfield ball-winner.

Muntari, who was bought by Spurs boss Harry Redknapp in 2007 when he was in charge atPortsmouth, was sold to Inter in July 2008 for a fee of £12.7 million.

Piveteau said of the bid: “There was an offer from Spurs but it was declined by Inter. Muntari still has four years left on his contract with Inter and he is happy to play there and win more things.”

The Ghana international spent a highly successful single season under Redknapp at Portsmouth, attracting the attention of several leading Italian clubs including Milan, Juventus, Roma and Internazionale.
