Kick in the teeth for Milan

AC Milan have been forced to delay the signing of Aly Cissokho because the French defender has a tooth problem.

The Rossoneri agreed a fee with Porto for Cissokho last week and had been expected to complete the 21-year-old's transfer today.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the player underwent a medical yesterday and results revealed that Cissokho has a dental issue which could eventually affect his posture.

Cissokho is set to be Milan's first summer signing.
